Privacy & Security
What we collect when you use cybriva.ai, how we use it, who helps us process it, and how we protect it. We sell cybersecurity programs, so we try to hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of our customers.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
1. Who we are
Cybriva AI and the Cybriva product family are offered by TS Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Myers, Florida ("Cybriva," "we," "us" or "our"). This page explains how we handle personal information collected through cybriva.ai, our free self-assessment form, our checkout links and our emails. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Free self-assessment form: your name, work email address, industry and ZIP code.
- Purchases: your name, email address, billing details and what you bought. Payments are processed by our checkout providers (see Section 4). We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails and consulting work: anything you choose to send us when you email us, apply to the partner program or work with us on an advisory engagement.
Information collected automatically.
- Analytics: Google Analytics records which pages you visit, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. When you complete the self-assessment form, we record that a request was made and the industry you chose, but not your name, email or ZIP code.
- Server and security logs: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Please don't send us protected health information, Social Security numbers, taxpayer data, account credentials or other regulated personal data. Our products are templates and guidance, and we don't need that kind of information to help you. Section 15 of our Terms of Sale explains when a separate written agreement is required.
3. How we use information
- To deliver your free self-assessment, your purchases and any services you buy.
- To send a short series of follow-up emails about your self-assessment and related Cybriva products. You can unsubscribe at any time (Section 6).
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To protect the site, our customers and our business from fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers we use
We use a small number of well-known providers to run the site and the business. Each one receives only the information it needs for its job and handles it under its own privacy and security terms.
- Formspree: receives self-assessment form submissions.
- Microsoft 365: our business email, file storage and the automated workflow that sends follow-up emails and keeps our lead list.
- SendOwl: checkout and delivery of digital products and SOC 2 readiness packages.
- Stripe: payment processing for Library memberships and consulting hours.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics (Section 5).
- Google Fonts: delivers the fonts used on the site. Your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Our web hosting provider: serves the website and keeps the logs described in Section 2.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this page would continue to apply to information collected under it.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. To opt out, you can:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or
- install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our social media icons are plain links. They don't load anything from those networks until you click them.
6. Emails from us and unsubscribing
If you request a self-assessment, we send it to you and follow up with a few emails about cybersecurity programs for your industry. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email info@cybriva.ai. We act on unsubscribe requests promptly and keep your address on a do-not-email list so you aren't contacted again. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about an order or service you bought.
7. How long we keep information
- Self-assessment leads: as long as the follow-up relationship is active, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Unsubscribe list: kept indefinitely, so we can keep honoring your request.
- Purchase and billing records: as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Analytics data: kept according to our Google Analytics data-retention setting.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. How we protect information
Cybriva is run by a practitioner who manages security programs in regulated industries, and we apply the same basics we recommend in our own kits:
- Encryption in transit: the site is served only over HTTPS.
- No card data on our systems: payments are handled by our checkout providers, so card numbers never pass through or stay on our systems.
- Reputable cloud providers: lead and customer information is stored in Microsoft 365 and our service providers' platforms, which encrypt data at rest and maintain their own security programs.
- Limited access: only TS Consulting personnel who need information to do their work can see it.
- Strong sign-in: accounts that hold customer information are protected with multi-factor authentication.
- Data minimization: we ask only for what we need (Section 2) and ask you not to send regulated data.
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take these responsibilities seriously and review our practices as threats change.
9. Security incidents
If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate, take steps to contain it, and notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law, including Florida's Information Protection Act.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), or
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Email info@cybriva.ai with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor the requests above for everyone, wherever you live. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
11. Children
Cybriva is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability on cybriva.ai, please email info@cybriva.ai with "Security report" in the subject and enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and don't access other people's data, disrupt the site or use social engineering while testing. We appreciate good-faith reports.
13. Changes to this page
We may update this page as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a material change to how we use personal information we already hold, we will tell affected customers by email.
